 Formerly trading as Mellon Financial Services since 1988 Mortgage Warehouse was launched on the 01 May 2001. The focus of the business is on Mortgage Life and Pension broking within Ireland and the UK. There are currently 18 people employed. The company is a member of Independent Mortgage Advisors Association and is fully licenced and bonded.
The company is a member of the Niall J Mellon Group (NJM Group) whose group turnover for 2001 is expected to be in excess of £183 million pounds. NJM Group activities may be broken down into areas.

Mortgage Warehouse offers a one-stop service-combining mortgage, building insurance, life assurance and pension facilities.
By the 01 July this year the company will seek to develop its commercial base offering a range of leasing and asset finance facilities for plant, equipment and audit/ insurance fee finance. A separate Life & Pension Division has been established to cater to the growing market in savings and pension industry.
The company is regulated by Central Bank of Ireland as an Authorised Advisor.
