This importance takes on a different form today. Family owned trawlers take the catch to state-of-the-art smoke houses where the salmon is cured within hours of being caught. From there the salmon comes to us here at our 40-year old family owned business situated in the nation's capital. We ship our products worldwide, reaching our customers in the UK in just two, Europe in three and the USA in four days. You can order our smoked wild Irish salmon either hand-sliced, with no waste whatsoever or as traditional sides of salmon.
