Looking for accommodation is never easy, even at the best of times. We at Dublin Property Lettings provide a service which pratically eliminates the legwork involved in finding a new home. With our service all you have to do is pick the property you wish to view and we’ll arrange it for you. All it takes is a phone call and your time to see the property. Our accommodation listings are updated daily, and we’re open seven days at times to suit everbody.

Our friendly and helpful staff are always on hand to offer help and advice on any questions or queries you may have on any aspect of the rental market, and with 15 years of experience between them in helping people move they are more than qualified to deal with any query you may have.

How Do We Operate?

In order to ensure we find suitable properties to match your requirements, we take the exact details of the sort of property you require and also the little things that help make a home. We require work and college details and some basic information on yourself ie. age, smoker/non smoker, maxmium rent, length of stay, children or pets, parking required etc; this speeds up the process by allowing us the arrange appointments from our office in your absence.

Every day your file matches suitable properties from our database of over 5,000 property owners, We’ll let you know the new properties daily and arrange appointments for you. We have a dedicated phone line for updates eliminating the need to call to our office. We issue a new listing of properties each day at 10.30am and you are free to view this list in the office or on our web page.

How Good Are We?



We have a 100% hit rate and everybody who uses our service finds a home. We also cover you for a second move so when you need to move from the first property we’ve found you, we’ll find you another. How fast you find a place depends on you, we’ll supply you with vacancies and appointments each day until you take somewhere. What suits one client may not suit another, as everybody's personal tastes are different and vice versa.
