Boden Park Residents Association
 It's subs time of year again! Last year the Association took in £3,080 in subscriptions. Here are some of the things on which the money was spent:
Estate maintenance – skips, mowers, trees, shrubs, signs, pebbles, boulders
New website – www.bodenpark.com
Christmas - selection boxes and Santa for the kids
Sports Day – puppet show, prizes, food
This year the subscription will remain at £15. The subscription is the main source of income for the Resident’s Association. The amount taken in governs what can be done each year for the estate. This year there are many plans afoot to continue to improve the condition and appearance of the estate. One such plan would be to purchase granite signs for each road in the estate. This would be an expensive project and is conditional on an increased number subscribing. Taken into context, £15 seems a very reasonable amount of money to have real improvements to your estate and sense of community within the estate for you and your family. The more households that subscribe means the more you and your family can benefit in a real way.
As was the case last year, only subscribed households will be entitled to vote at the AGM using a voting card supplied. All subscribing households will receive a copy of the regular newsletter.
Collection of Subs :
To increase the efficiency of subs collection this year, you will have received this letter in a labeled envelope. We would appreciate it if you could have this envelope ready for collection by the committee members on Monday 12th / Tuesday 13th of February.
